The questions people ask before they pay.

Is there a free plan?

No free plan, but there is a 7-day free trial on whichever size you pick, with that size's limits. We take a card and charge nothing today; on day 7 that size's price is charged and the plan carries on. The date is on your billing page for the whole trial. Cancel before that date and you pay nothing at all. Free analytics is usually paid for with your visitors' data; here the subscription is the whole business, so your traffic is never the product. Move between sizes whenever it changes.

What counts as an event?

A pageview, or anything you tag yourself: a click, a signup, a purchase. Those are the only things the meter counts. Web vitals, engagement time, heartbeats, revenue records and imported history are free, and so is anything we reject as a bot or a duplicate.

What happens when I reach my limit?

Collection pauses. Past the limit nothing new is recorded, the dashboard says so, and nothing is charged on top: there are no overage fees. We email you at 90% and again when the allowance is spent. Collection resumes on its own when the month's window resets, or the moment you move to a bigger size.

Which size do I need?

Count a month of pageviews and add the events you plan to tag. 50,000 events a month is roughly 1,600 pageviews a day if you track nothing else; 500,000 is roughly 16,000. If you are unsure, start smaller: the billing page shows the month's usage against the limit, and moving up takes a minute.

Can I change sizes later?

Any time, from the billing page, and the change applies right away. During the trial you can switch too: the trial keeps its end date, and the size you are on when it ends is the one charged.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly is ten months' price for twelve, charged once: $90, $190 or $490 a year. The event allowance still resets every month; only the payment is yearly.

Do extra sites or team members cost more?

No. Each size includes its sites and seats: Starter is one site for you alone, Growth is five sites and five seats beside you, Pro is ten of each. There is nothing to buy one by one. Past Pro, the Enterprise plan is written by hand.
